THE CHALLENGE Ozan wallet is a B2C global payments app which was thriving in Asia and Europe and needed to launch in the United States. THE SOLUTION We developed a strategy with the US branding to also refresh the current brand globally to make it more approachable and fresh. I led a team in Malta, London and Istanbul and enhanced the app, logo and website. Here, I am showing the product that was easier and more fun to navigate. THE RESULT 45% increase in EMEA users. Quick adoption of the new and refreshed brand in the US.
